What Will We Do?
SENSE AND BREATHE
Breathe, shake, rock, and feel less anxious in minutes. Get out of the overthinking mind spin and release tension in your body so you can feel at ease and comfortable in your own skin by learning simple breathing and grounding exercises to start the journey of embodiment.
MOVING AND WITNESSING
Feel seen and held. As you move and breathe to release old stories held in your body you create more internal space within you to boost creativity and allow for new stories to emerge.
WRITE FROM WITHIN
Allowing your words and expression to take shape on the page from a space created inside your body. What is true right now? What questions arise? You answer from a place of deep abiding internal wisdom.
TOGETHER WE ARE BETTER
As we build community you will learn to give and receive feedback and mirroring. We can't do this alone. You learn how to lovingly support one another as we buoy each other in navigating life challenges.
2 1/2 hour Zoom call where you share, move, write and make art so you can learn ways to navigate your relationship to anxiety. My hope is to create an ongoing monthly gathering.

MEET YOUR GUIDE
I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist and Authentic Movement facilitator for nearly four decades. I am a body mind coach using somatic movement and the arts to access and work with anxiety and what is underneath for clarity, calm and a creative life.
I am also a Certified Pilates Instructor, long time Yoga practitioner, a Certified Core Energetics practitioner and lover of all things Dance.
I have helped tens of thousands of people feel better in their body, mind and soul.
I am also an Artist, potter and a Writer who has ADHD and Anxiety.
Through my own experience, education, research and Intuition, I have discovered ways to alleviate my anxiety by getting out of my overthinking mind and Inhabiting the physical body allowing for calm, ease, clarity and a connection to a spirit that unites us all.
